We currently ship exclusively to the following European Union countries:

  • Germany
  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Finland.

Note: We do not ship to countries outside of this list at this time.

Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Thresholds

All prices include VAT. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location:

1. Shipping to Germany

  • Orders under €60: Shipping cost is €4.99.
  • Orders of €60 and over: We offer Free Shipping.

2. Shipping to Other EU Countries

(Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, Finland)

  • Orders under €90: Shipping cost is €10.99.
  • Orders of €90 and over: We offer Free Shipping.

Delivery Timelines

We want you to know exactly when to expect your package. Our delivery process consists of two parts:

1. Order Processing (1–2 Business Days)

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (15:00) CET (Berlin Time) on a business day are processed starting that same day.
  • Processing: It takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) to verify, pack, and hand your order to the courier.

2. Transit Time

Once your order leaves our Munich facility via DHL, the transit time depends on your location:

  • Germany: 2–3 Business Days.
  • Other EU Countries: 4–6 Business Days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Germany: 3–5 Business Days (Processing + Transit Time).
  • EU Neighbors: 5–8 Business Days (Processing + Transit Time).

Shipping Origin & Customs

  • Shipped from Germany: All orders are dispatched from our facility in Munich, Germany.
  • No Customs Fees: Because we ship from within the EU to EU destinations, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for you to pay upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Carrier: We ship using DHL.
  • Notification: You will receive an email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch. Please allow a few hours for the tracking link to update in the courier's system.

Changes, Cancellations & Issues

  • 12-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or change your address, please email us at support@aromagicsamples.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Returns & Refunds

Our Core Return Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for eligible returns.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Return Eligibility & Hygiene Rules

Due to the nature of our products (fragrance samples and cosmetics), strict hygiene rules apply. To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Original packaging, seals, and labels must be intact.
  • Hygiene Note: Products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Return Shipping Costs: Who Pays?

  • We Pay: Aromagic covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Please report these issues within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You Pay: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong scent), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@aromagicsamples.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you return instructions. Do not ship items back without prior approval.
  3. Ship with Tracking: Pack the item securely to prevent damage. Ship it to the address below using a trackable carrier (like DHL). Retain your tracking receipt.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday).
