All prices include VAT. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location:
1. Shipping to Germany
- Orders under β¬60: Shipping cost is β¬4.99.
- Orders of β¬60 and over: We offer Free Shipping.
2. Shipping to Other EU Countries

Delivery Timelines
We want you to know exactly when to expect your package. Our delivery process consists of two parts:
1. Order Processing (1β2 Business Days)
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (15:00) CET (Berlin Time) on a business day are processed starting that same day.
- Processing: It takes 1β2 business days (Monday to Friday) to verify, pack, and hand your order to the courier.
2. Transit Time
Once your order leaves our Munich facility via DHL, the transit time depends on your location:
- Germany: 2β3 Business Days.
- Other EU Countries: 4β6 Business Days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time:
- Germany: 3β5 Business Days (Processing + Transit Time).
- EU Neighbors: 5β8 Business Days (Processing + Transit Time).
Shipping Origin & Customs
- Shipped from Germany: All orders are dispatched from our facility in Munich, Germany.
- No Customs Fees: Because we ship from within the EU to EU destinations, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for you to pay upon delivery.
Order Tracking
- Carrier: We ship using DHL.

Changes, Cancellations & Issues
- 12-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or change your address, please email us at support@aromagicsamples.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, we cannot make changes.
- Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping Costs: Who Pays?
- We Pay: Aromagic covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Please report these issues within 48 hours of delivery.
- You Pay: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong scent), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)
