These Terms of Sale apply exclusively and comprehensively to all purchases, transactions, and sales conducted through the official Aromagic website, accessible at www.aromagicsamples.com.

They govern:

  • All contractual relationships arising from online orders
  • All communications, confirmations, and after-sales processes

Any deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions proposed by the customer shall not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing by Aromagic prior to the conclusion of the contract.
The customer acknowledges that these Terms of Sale form an integral part of every purchase agreement.

3. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order on the Website, the customer expressly confirms and warrants that:

Orders placed by individuals who do not meet these requirements may be cancelled without notice.

All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be informed promptly and offered a refund or alternative solution.

Aromagic reserves the right to:

5. Prices & Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are shown in the applicable currency and are clearly indicated before checkout.

Prices include statutory VAT, where applicable under German and EU law

  • Incomplete, incorrect, or unverifiable customer information

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

8. Payment Methods & Security

Aromagic offers a variety of secure payment options, which may include:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • Digital and mobile payment providers
  • Other payment methods displayed at checkout

All payments are:

  • Processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways
  • Encrypted to protect customer data
  • Never stored directly on Aromagic servers

Aromagic does not have access to full payment card details and cannot be held liable for payment provider-related issues beyond its control.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Aromagic ships orders through trusted, professional logistics and courier partners selected for reliability and tracking transparency.

  • The shipping origin of products may vary depending on stock availability, warehouse location, or fulfillment partner
  • Estimated delivery times displayed on the Website or in confirmation emails are indicative only and do not constitute a binding delivery guarantee
  • Once an order is dispatched, customers receive tracking information via email, allowing them to monitor shipment progress

Aromagic shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Carrier or courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events

10. Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer:

For consumers within the European Union, this provision applies subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, which remain fully unaffected.
Aromagic bears the risk until the goods are physically delivered to the consumer.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 12 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for dispatch.

Cancellation requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Customer full name
  • Registered email address used at checkout

Cancellation requests submitted after dispatch are no longer eligible and must follow the Returns and Refund Policy outlined below.

Aromagic reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the stated conditions.

12. Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

During such events, obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure situation.
Aromagic will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
